Terms of Sale

Last updated 19 October 2026 · CenoDigital Pvt Ltd

These terms apply when you buy from Unboxd. Please read them before you place an order. By placing an order you agree to them, together with our Licence Agreement, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are

Unboxd is run by CenoDigital Pvt Ltd, a company registered in Sri Lanka. We are based in Sri Lanka. You can contact us at [email protected].

2. What we sell

Unboxd sells digital products: templates, ebooks and guides, presets and LUTs, design assets, software and courses. Nothing is shipped. Each product page describes what is included, the file formats and what it works with.

You buy a licence to use the files, not ownership of them. Each product is offered with a Personal or a Commercial licence, explained in the Licence Agreement. A copy of your licence is included with your download.

3. Prices and payment

  • Prices are shown in the currency for your country (GBP, EUR or USD) and include any taxes we are required to charge. The price you pay is the one shown at checkout.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • If a product is listed at a clearly wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Your order

Your order is accepted, and a contract between you and us is formed, when your payment is confirmed and you see the order confirmation page. We also send a confirmation email with your download link.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from Unboxd.

5. Delivery

  • Your files are available to download immediately after payment, from the order confirmation page, the link in your confirmation email and, if you have an account, My downloads.
  • Download links are personal to you and expire shortly after you click them. Your download page lets you create a new link at any time.
  • Please keep a copy of your files. If a file stops being available to you, contact us and we will help.

6. Your right to cancel

If you are a consumer in the UK or the EU, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content, that right ends once delivery has started, provided you agreed to this when you ordered.

At checkout we ask you to confirm that you want immediate access to your files and that you understand you lose the right to cancel once delivery starts. Because your files are made available straight away, you will not be able to cancel after placing the order. This does not affect your rights if a product is faulty, and our Refund Policy explains when we refund anyway.

7. Faulty products

Products must match their description, be of satisfactory quality and do what we say they do. If a file is faulty or not as described, contact us and we will fix or replace it, or refund you if we can't. This is in addition to any rights you have under the law of the country where you live.

8. Using the products

  • You may use the files as your licence allows. You may not resell, share, sublicense or redistribute them, modified or not, except as the licence permits.
  • All rights in the products stay with us or the creators we sell for.
  • If you break the licence or these terms, we may end your licence. You must then stop using and delete the files.

9. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, for business losses if you bought under a Personal licence, or for damage caused by using a product in a way it was not designed for.

Where the law allows, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page when you place your order is the one that applies to that order.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts there. Please contact us first: most problems are solved quickly by email.

12. Contact

Questions about these terms or an order: [email protected]. Please include your order number if you have one.
