Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Unboxd only uses cookies that are strictly necessary for the store to work, so we don't need to ask for your consent and we don't show a cookie banner. We don't use advertising or analytics cookies.

Cookies we use

• _medusa_cart_id: remembers your cart. Kept for 7 days.
• _medusa_jwt: keeps you signed in to your account. Kept for 7 days or until you sign out.
• _medusa_cache_id: lets the store show you up-to-date content. Kept for 1 day.
• _medusa_locale: remembers your language. Kept for 1 year.
• _unboxd_last_cart: links you to the order you just placed, so your confirmation page can show your downloads. Kept for 1 day.
• _medusa_pending_customer and _medusa_onboarding: used briefly while you create an account.

Cookies set by Stripe

On the checkout page, Stripe (our payment provider) sets cookies such as __stripe_mid and __stripe_sid to prevent fraud and process your payment securely. They are necessary for paying online. See Stripe's privacy policy for details.
