Licence Agreement

When you buy a product on Unboxd, you get a licence to use its files. You choose the licence on the product page. A copy of your licence is included in every download.

Personal licence

For your own projects that you don't make money from.

You may

• Use the files for your own personal, non-commercial projects.
• Modify the files for your own use.

You may not

• Use the files in client work, or in anything you sell or monetise.
• Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files, modified or not.

Commercial licence

For work, clients and products you sell.

You may

• Use the files in personal and commercial projects, including client work.
• Use the files in products you sell, as long as the files themselves are not the main thing being sold.
• Modify the files.

You may not

• Resell, share, sublicense or redistribute the files as they are, or as a template or asset pack (modified or not).
• Claim the original files as your own work.

One Commercial licence covers one person or one company, including its employees working on its projects.

Both licences

• The licence never expires, as long as you keep to its terms.
• Ownership of the files and all rights not granted here stay with us or the product's creator.
• Some products include third-party material, such as fonts. Where they do, the product page or the included README explains any separate terms.
• If you break the licence, it ends automatically and you must stop using and delete the files.

Upgrading

Bought a Personal licence and now need Commercial? Email [email protected] with your order number and we'll upgrade you for the difference in price.
